Using dry steam is a winning solution for sanitising machine tools both for cleaning parts of the frames and the components inside the machine. The features of dry steam also mean it can be used for cleaning electrical or fragile parts.

The Mega’s heaviest thread / profile forming machine equipped with swivelable roller shafts. Which ensures optimum capacity and use in making threads and axially parallel profiles in the through-feed process. However short cylindrical parts (especially thread pins ) can also be rolled in the through-feed process. For this special through-feed process, automatic feed is necessary. This machine can also be used in the in-feed process with parallel die axes the length of the profile to be rolled depends on the width of the rolling dies there is no axial movement of the workpiece.

Entry level machines that give high accuracy results and most engineers can be trained to begin sparking in less than an hour. The generator can be set with a minimal input of 4 parameters. There is also the option for Z axis power stepping and up to 50 different programs can be stored. Fuzzy logic control system automatically monitors machining conditions and adjusts to keep cutting at optimum.
