The Europa MH Lathes are constructed with the 3/4 ways on top of the machine bed, and a lower way is also available for carriage support of large turning applications. Having additional ways allows the Apron to ‘turn’ through the steadies in a single pass. The Apron/carriage uses the front set of ways, the Tailstock and Steadies use the rear set of ways.

The EUROPA range of large capacity lathes provide solutions from 1500mm to 12,000mm between centres. 2 shear bedway design plus front lateral support for carriage/apron under cutting.

The Guyson Formula 1400 blast cabinet is ideal for light duty applications or when blasting is required on an intermittent basis, such as school Design Technology and Craft departments, art glass workshops and general maintenance departments. Cabinets have sealed gauntlet gloves, a protected toughened glass viewing window and a quick release media changeover facility

The ROBBI CNC 60 Series are equipped with the latest-generation of SIEMENS 840D sl control system. These machines were developed in response to needs for medium-high production volumes. The work cycle can be optimised in-process with geometrical and working parameters. High precision crowning operations can be performed by equipping the machines with a third interpolated axis and a bespoke software for this processes.

Horizontal honing machines LYOR are distinguished by their rigidity and power. A hydraulic cylinder controls the honing head movement. Three phase electric motor controlled by a vector inverter, servo-ventilated controlling the spindle rotation. The drive transmission is through a gear-box in which the gears are hardened and ground, projecting high torque and stock removal. Programming is very easy with the ‘touch-screen’. The visualisation of all the working data enables the operator to attend during the working cycle.

The RJH Buffalo BOA27 & BOA46 is a robust pedestal mounted double-ended polisher ideal for general workshop use. Also available as single-ended models.
