DELTA Maxi Grinders have 9 models and 3 automation levels available. All machine axles feature grip hydrostatic slideways; therefore the table always rests on the basement for the entire longitudinal travel.

The DELTA Rotax series Compact Plus NC Control is a high precision fully automatic rotary table horizontal spindle NC grinding machine with hydrostatic ways on all axes. It is suitable for both mass production and one-off single piece precision surface grinding applications.

Travelling column with stabilised Meehanite cast iron structure. All the machine axes feature full grip hydrostatic slideways along the entire travel. The spindle line has a Mackensen hydrodynamic bearing on the front and a pair of pre-loaded precision ball bearings on the rear. DELTA MAXI Series travelling column grinding machines are available in 9 models with grindable surfaces from 1200 x 750mm to 3000 x 1100mm with 2 different levels of automation: – NC or CNC.

The DELTA LF350 consists of a stiff monolithic structure arm, which allows to make the best use of the power of the wheel motor. Fixed grinding tables can be equipped with different types of magnetic chucks.

Vertical axis grinding machines from DELTA. Easy to use and highly reliable. Cast iron column mounted on adjustable taper roller bearings and a motor of 2.2kW allow precise grinding of surfaces upto 140 x 330mm. The quick vertical feed is obtained by rotating a graduated handwheel which by acting on a spiral toothing, permits feed of 2mm per revolution.

DELTA manufacture three models from 800 x 500mm, 1300 x 650mm and 1600 x 650mm in the MINI series of travelling column plane surface grinders. With advanced technology, the machines designed and built to assure high production capacity, precision and reliability. The T-structure of the highest rigidity is made from stress-relieved Meehanite cast iron. All machine axis slideways (table, column and wheel head) are hydrostatic.

Easy to use and highly reliable. Cast iron construction of certified quality, oversized and suitably ribbed in order to obtain the maximum structure stiffness. The wheel head is equipped with a special electro spindle designed and made by DELTA, supported by precision bearings and dynamically balanced with modern electronic equipment. The vertical feed is obtained by rotating a graduated handwheel.
