The JAINNHER JHD machine structure of the double spindle grinding machine series is based around an X, Y, and Z axis feeding system and features internal and external grinding wheels with independent spindles.

With grinding wheel widths to 100mm, the JAINNHER JHP Series plunge type cylindrical grinding machines offer lengths to 1000mm (1500mm on request) with a 150kg capacity between centres. Choose from 330mm & 380mm maximum grinding diameter models.

A 60° grinding approach angle to the workpiece, the JHA series offers increased productivity and effecincy. Grinding capacities upto 380mm diameter and lengths of 1500mm (on request) are available. The latest FANUC CNC control can be combined with the JAINNHER HMI ensures a hassle free, on-machine grinding.

The machine is suitable for cutting tool, spindle, tool holder, gear shafts and tempered transmission shafts and the workpiece requests high accuracy from cylindrical grinding. The quality of cylindrical grinding will depend on the centre hole circular geometrical accuracy.

The EUROPA JAINNHER JHV-1008CNC vertical grinding machine is designed for grinding of large components used in the transport, aerospace, power generation, oil & gas, hydraulic and precision components.
With a grinding internal diameter range from Ø50 to 800 mm, a maximum outside diameter of Ø1000 mm. The maximum height of the workpiece is 800mm, with a maximum worktable load of 1200 kg.

The new JAINNHER JHT-4010 CNC thread Grinding machines offers a 380mm maximum grinding dia x 1000mm between centres. The grinding wheel at 510mm diameter has a 3500rpm spindle.

With a standard work capacity from 1mm to 50mm with a standard work rest, and 40mm to 100mm with a special workrest. A servo motor provides control of speeds from 10 to 250rpm and is used for the regulating wheel, which can be adjusted to ideal linear speeds. When the diameter of the regulating wheel changes the same linear speeds can still be maintained so as grind the best quality products. NC & CNC models available.

The largest in the Jainnher range, the JHC2412 150S boasts a 150mm grinding capacity with a special workrest. With a 30Hp, 610mm Dia grinding wheel by 305mm wide and a 305mm x 305mm regulating wheel, his machine weighs in at 7000Kg. A manufactured cast of high-grade FC-30 iron, melted by an advanced induction furnace, then cast in resin cores. In order to ensure stability and rigidity, they are heat-treated with normalizing procedure prior to machining. Precision ground Hydrostatic Bearings: Substantial decrease in heat deformation associated with Hydrodynamic bearings.Minimal friction, lateral displacement, and pressure. The smallest model from Jainnher featuring a 610mm dia grinding wheel, this model is equipped with 205mm wide wheel and offers grinding capacities from 2 to 60mm with a standard workrest or up to 150mm with a special workrest.

The popular JHC 18S provides grinding capacities from 1 to 50mm with a standard workrest or 40 – 100mm with a special workrest. As with other ‘S’ models, the regulating wheel is controlled by a servo motor resulting in variable speed from 10 – 250rpm.
