The TS/TSX series shears remain the pacesetters in the price/quality ratio market of today.
With thousands of units running day after day all over the world, we are convinced of the durability and craftmanship of these machines. All our TS shears are equipped with power rake angle adjustment from the SP9 control panel and quick blade gap adjustment.
Our quick blade gap adjustment for models HACO TS Guillotine Shear, is located conveniently in front of the machine.
Adjustment ranges from 0,05 mm blade gap for thin sheet thicknesses and progressively increases for heavier thicknesses up to the maximum shear capacity.
Automatic blade gap adjustment -model TSX – in function of the material thickness by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders. The TSX series also feature the SC200 Control.

Designed for optimal user experience, the SC200 offers intuitive, icon-based programming and advanced automation for precise sheet cutting. With cutting-edge hardware, enhanced safety features, and remote support readiness, this upgrade ensures improved performance and reliability in every operation.
HACO emphasises the durability and craftsmanship of the TS/TSX series, highlighting that thousands of units are successfully running globally day after day. Standard features enhancing ease of use and safety include a 1000 mm squaring arm with scale, T-slot, and disappearing stop, along with square iron plate support blocks on the shearing table for easy sheet feed-in and increased operator safety. Optional equipment, such as blades for cutting stainless steel, hand safety guards with light curtains, soft padded hold-downs with pressure regulation, and full tables with ball transfers, further extend the capabilities and safety of the HACO TSX Series. The integration of safety fences and light beams at the rear of the machine is also standard for countries requiring CE safety specifications.
