PERFECT PFG-R Series

PERFECT PFG-R Rotary Surface grinders are equipped with a Horizontal Spindle to ensure the most precise and accurate grinding operations are undertaken. With rotary tables allowing a ground capacity from 200mm to 600mm across four models. The PFG-R Series utilise the established saddle type construction used within the current product range.

Various levels of control are available (AD5, DT) which then include various options on down feed and cross feed control.

The main structure is manufactured from high quality cast iron with an outstanding structural design. Stress relieved to ensure maximum rigidity, stability and machining accuracy. The X and Z axes slideways are coated with Turcite-B for stable movement and long term accuracy whilst the CP4 high-precision spindle with pre-stressed adjustment increases the rigidity and precision of machine during the grinding process.

These PFG R series machines have been supplied into aerospace and F1 customers for accurate grinding of rings and spacers.
