Description

The JOEMARS AWT4S boasts a 450 x 300 x 250 x 100 x 100mm XYZUV travels. With a workpiece capacity of 450kgs and dimensions of 750 x 650 x 245mm, the JOEMARS ATW4S has been developed to meet today’s demanding EDM applications.

The Joemars AWT4S Wire Erosion Machine has been designed as a comapct high performance and economic, submerged wire-cutting machine offering high performance. The machine is controlled by a Windows based CNC control with Touch Screen Technology.  The basic machine has improved thermal stability characteristics whilst particular attention has been paid to ensure that the rigid cast iron structure is symetricall designed to cater for todays high precision needs.

The AWT4S includes:
High speed, automatic wire threading allows for unmanned running of the machine.
Smooth and accurate machining achieved by high precision class C1 ball scews.
