COMEV TITANO T is a very heavy duty manual lathe with massive floor mounted bed providing continuous support enabling bed lengths to provide 2000mm to 10,000mm between centres capacity in one metre steps. It is also available with centre heights from 500mm to 700mm. With its massive strength and 30 KW variable speed main spindle drive, operator controls at the carriage, rapid power traverse to longitudinal and cross traverses, can provide outstanding productivity gains.

Powerful and reliable medium sized machine with 52/62mm hole through the spindle available in bed lengths from 800mm to 2000mm between centres. The spindle is mounted on precision taper roller bearings and has 16 speeds arrange in a geometric progression. It has a Norton gearbox for quick and easy selection of feeds and screw cutting pitches. COMEV have immense experience, a highly skilled workforce and have produced in excess of 9,000 metal cutting lathes since they were founded in 1958. The machines are manufactured complete in Italy.

The COMEV Urano CNC Machine is designed and suited for heavy turning and milling operations of components up to 12,000mm long and 2030mm in diameter. The heavy duty 1400mm wide, five guideway bed design accommodates components upto 20 ton. The CNC Control is equipped with, manual mode, setting mode and automatic mode. Programming in teach or ISO formats.
