        The HSLX-HD models are designed and manufactured according to a Heavy-Duty construction and are divided into two series offering capacities of up to 6000mm x 32mm thickness.

        HSLX HD Series 1

        Cutting lengths 5020 and 6020 mm, and cutting capacities from 6 to 16mm.

        HSLX HD Series 2

        Cutting lengths from 2020 to 6020 mm and cutting capacities of 20 – 25 – 32mm, with the HACO HSLX-HD 6032 weighing in at 84,000kgs!

        Intuitive control:

        The HACO SC200 Control fits all requirements for sheet cutting operations that require the highest accuracy and minimum time-loss. Creating a program requires only a few actions. The program parameters include: back gauge position, cutting time, sheet thickness, blade angle & blade gap setting. The blade gap adjustment is done electro-hydraulic.

        • Control SC200 control with LCD display, touchscreen and keyboard
        • Backgauge 2 rigids arms, assuring a precise postioning of the sheet
        • 2 overhead push cylinders and nitrogen accumulator for faster ram uplift.
        • Squaring arm of 1000 mm with scale, T-slot and tilling stop
        • Iron square plate support blocks with ball transfers

        Optional equipment

        • Hydraulic sheet support system
        • SBS (= ‘Sheet back to Sender’)
        • Hydraulische SUB (= ‘Swing-Up Backgauge’)
        • Optical finger protection
        • Hand Safety Guard with safety light curtain
        • Full table consisting of segments, with ball  transfers for easy feed-in of the sheets
        • Squaring arms and front support arms with or without scale, T-slot ,and tilling  stop. Lengths from 1000 to 3000 mm per  multiple length of 500 mm
        • Pendant control arm
        • Protractor for angle shearing
