The ROMI D Series – New Generation is offered in four models: ROMI D600, D800, D1000, and D1250. Extremely versatile machining centres for various machining applications, offers high rigidity even under severe machining conditions, due to thermal and geometric stability ensuring great performance, precision, and productivity.
The main motor is directly coupled to the headstock cartridge on the 10,000 or 15,000 rpm versions, and with ultra-precision bearings that enable supreme accuracy and minimal temperature increases even when operating at a continuously high speed.
The Romi D Series machines are fitted with Fanuc 0i-MF control, with the larger i-HMI CNC on most models, offering a user-friendly interface with conversational programming. The CNC main screen comes with applications specific for planning, machining, improvements, and utilities allowing access to functions in only two clicks.
D600 machines have the more traditional Fanuc Oi-MF control.
